- Age 12: Read "A Season to be Born" by Suzanne Arms
- November 1986: Attended my first birth as a doula
- 1992-2003: La Leche League Leader
- 1993-2012: Began Birth With Insight, provided Childbirth Education and Doula Services, and attended hundreds of births, both natural and cesarean.
- 1995-1999: Birth Assistant for Agape Birth Services (homebirths)
- 2000-2005: Apprenticed under supervising midwives

- 2005: Graduated National College of Midwifery and passed NARM Examination. Became licensed as Direct Entry/Licensed Midwife in the State of Montana.

Thirteen and 8/9s of us! Babies have been a big part of the Kuntz household for decades now. From opening our home to nursing mothers, to our kids carrying birth supplies to the car during a snow storm, to birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries without their mom being there--the entire family has always been involved. They all know that a labor of love is never a sacrifice!
